Educational Purpose

Soccer Spark provides soccer-related educational and training content.

Training information provided through Soccer Spark is intended for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, or professional supervision.

Safe Training

• Users are responsible for training safely and within their own abilities.
• Users should train in an appropriate environment, use appropriate equipment, and seek supervision from a responsible adult or qualified coach when appropriate.
• If a user is injured, feels unwell, or believes an activity may be unsafe, they should stop participating and seek appropriate assistance.

Accounts

• Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate control over their accounts.
• Users must not intentionally misuse Soccer Spark, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another user's account, or attempt to access administrative functionality without authorization.

Spark XP and Rewards

Spark XP, rewards, streaks, badges, leaderboard positions, and similar features are virtual features of Soccer Spark.

They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money unless Soccer Spark explicitly introduces a separate program stating otherwise.

Soccer Spark may correct Spark XP or progress when necessary to fix technical errors, abuse, or incorrect awards.

User-Submitted Content

Users may have the option to upload training videos or other content.

By uploading content, users confirm that they have the right or permission necessary to submit that content.

Users must not upload:

• Illegal content.
• Inappropriate or harmful content.
• Content that violates another person's privacy.
• Content they do not have permission to share.
• Content intended to harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm another person.

Soccer Spark administrators may remove submissions that violate these rules.

External Content and Links

Soccer Spark may provide links to external websites or services, including YouTube.

External websites are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, and content rules.

Soccer Spark does not control independent third-party websites.

Intellectual Property

The Soccer Spark name, original graphics, original written training materials, website design elements, and other original Soccer Spark content should not be copied or redistributed without appropriate permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, videos, or services referenced on Soccer Spark remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party organizations do not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless explicitly stated.

Availability

Soccer Spark may change, update, temporarily suspend, or discontinue features as the platform develops.

While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain the service, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Soccer Spark develops.

Continued use of Soccer Spark after updated Terms become effective may be subject to the updated Terms.
